BVU is celebrating 25 years of engaging businesses and nonprofits to work together to strengthen Northeast Ohio! On behalf of the Board and Staff, thank you to the businesses, nonprofits, foundations, and volunteers in Northeast Ohio for your many years of dedicated service to our community and support of BVU.
Originally a concept developed by five leading businesses in Cleveland, BVU began by training and matching their executives to nonprofit boards. It has since grown to match over 3,000 professionals to nonprofit boards, work with over 800 nonprofits each year, manage a Volunteer Center that serves 20,000 people annually and serve a regional footprint of 8 counties in Northeast Ohio.
BVU is proud to say that we have helped:
- Businesses improve their communities and instill greater purpose into the lives of their employees;
- thousands of nonprofits receive transformational support to help them be more sustainable and effective in delivering their missions;
